For example, a report which matches your products sales to corresponding business potential in defined geographic areas. Or you may wish to make multiple performance comparisons against previous years whose data is held in separate files. We can combine different sets of information to tell you what you want to know. Selectivity: If you have a mass of data - sales or customer call records, for example - we can isolate only the records which are of interest to you. Or, if you are running a staff bonus scheme, you may wish to limit reports and summaries only to current participants whereas your records include many people who have left the company or are not participants in the scheme. Preparation: We review, edit and format the data (standardising field entries, deleting duplicated records, adding calculated fields and isolating the required groups of records). If the information comes from a number of different sources, it can be consolidated.
